Ok some stats to post...

Forgot to post:
Wednesday 16 March
Walk with kids and dog 30 minutes / 0.5 miles

Then up-to-date:
Sunday 20 March
Walk with kids and dog 30 minutes / 0.75 miles approx.

Tuesday 22 March
Went out for a lovely day at the seaside cool
Walk along beach 30 minutes / 0.5 miles approx.

Wednesday - physio day. Good workout. Made me do balancing exercises...yuck!

Breathing better, gained another half cm in lung expansion - he is mighty pleased with me. yea. (Now I have to aim to beat him he says...) And, got another half cm with head towards wall.

Did some achilles stretches - OK at the time but now a bit achey. (Got a tad over enthusiastic!)

Lent him Brad Walker's Stretching Execise booklet - from Brad's Streetching Institute. He was most interested. So we had a discussion over some of the exercises. (He is such a great physio - luv him to shreds.)

No physio nxt week as 'may' still be in Paris. So will have to do on my own. (Memo: check out the 'best' ice cream in Paris...woo-hoo!)

hey tink, when the feet are at a point where i CAN be on them for that long, i consider that a good day! its when no amount of standing is possible or they hurt regardless. an hour on hard concrete floors is pretty impressive in my book. but does remind me that its more about "above the surface" / "below the surface" than anything else.

Today and yesterday I swam a total of 2,150 yds. I'm swimming 50yds in 1.5 minutes now. I know that's slow, but it's 25% faster for me. At first I thought it was 50% faster... but I'm bad at math. grin

p.s. Our 'kids' in Denver and Seattle are attending this awesome CHURCH . It caters to "the right brained and the left out", which really speaks to the young people who feel that the mega churches have become a racket to make money.

Today I ran about 4 miles. I don't know for sure because I left my GPS home. I thought about taking a known route, but decided I wanted to try a new route.
