Hi exercise buddies! Iíve been on vacation the last few days. There was walking but nothing quantifiable and I wasnít keeping track of it.

Today I decided I needed a long bike ride to work the stiffness out of my pelvic joints Iíve been having lately.

Bike: 35 miles -160 minutes

Happy to report that I've lost 5" off my waist!! Took measurements today to see if there were any changes. So I went from my square little 32" to a happy 27"! Weight still the same but inches are still shaving off here and there so I am pleased as punch! rainbowrainbow And I can eat pretty much what I want...whats that? Oh got to run...Banana nut bread is calling me! Arts co-worker's mom makes some...gave us a loaf...yuM! roll
