Hello everyone

My stats for yesterday (before getting struck down with an evil stomach bug) are:

Stationery bike: 5km (will translate into miles later) / 25 minutes.

I thought I had very bad stomach cramps, for doing some cycling!

Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.

no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

Friday: walk: 2 miles, 40 minutes

today: biked 8 miles

took an hour and a half, but that's because i stopped to take photos of a heron, ducks, scenery, etc.

so really time spent actually biking, probably about 40 minutes

it was a great day for a bike ride! not too hot, not too cool.

oh yeh, and ate a few gnats along the way, so got my protein too tongue2
