If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi all I am trying to follow low starch diet for my AS cure, got a question on goat milk kefir which I am using for its probiotic benefits for a long time, I usually do it double fermented to reduce its carbs, can we use goat milk kefir in AS, second question is around blenched almonds, can we use the overnight soaked almonds in As.
Would really appreciate for any advice

I have no experience with kefir... suppose may depend on present gut health and bacterial balance in GI. Fermented foods are good to incorporate if you can do it... I try to eat sauerkraut at times and wish I ate more.
Almonds for me early on diet caused issues... I only eat in moderation and stick to walnuts for my nut fix.
AS may win some battles, but I will win the war.
