Hi
The MRI from the first of November shows: L 1 partially fused
At L 2/3 diffuse disk bulge, there is Facet and ligamentous hypertrophy, mild to severe stenosis bilateral neural foraminal stenosis and there is effacement of the lateral recesses bilaterally.
L 3 / 4 Bulging disk / facet and ligamentous hypertrophy(anklylosing spondy) Stenosis / sever bilateral neural stenosis / bilateral effacement
.. L 4 / 5 Disk bulging / hypertrophy / moderate & several stenosis / effacement / bilateral effacement of the bilateral RECESS… severe stenosis bilateral neural foraminal stenosis
. L 5-S1 partially fused / neural foraminal stenosis
Moderate sacroiliac degeneration / HLA-B27= NEGATIVE
I have bulging hot spots on my neck and a vertebrae that slide in and out in my thoracic. This disease is a powerful teacher. Nearly 20 years ago the Rheumy said it probably won't not kill you, but you will wish that you were dead.
The depression that goes with this beast is a monster, but my faith is strong and I have purpose. Also knowing that I am loved helps me to gather up the strength for each day.
You are not alone. I am intentionally watching more comedy's, or I read some of my old scripts.....

Linc- it is amazng how much strength I get from positive caring people. I have your posts for yours with great pleasure.

Hello Lon,
Keep on Kicking watching the comedies and reading your old posts. Laughter is truly great medicine.
I was introduced to a site ElfYourself by Home Depot... it offered me loads of laughter with the family this year. Unfortunately the videos may expire January 1st if you wanted to create one for your family and enjoy.

Some A.S. patients think that once all the vertebrae have fused their problems will be less. This is not so as A.S. being as it is can still give you problems just not quite the same problems.
