Another anti-inflammatory cook book. I imagine it could have recipes that AS people can use. It mentions beans, peas and other food ingredients that AS people will find difficulty with, but it has a lot of dairy free and perhaps grain free recipes since its goal is anti-inflammatory. Many recipes used ingredients that would be difficult for someone with candida. Also, cheese, sour creme and sweet apples were common ingredients. I choose to just exclude the ingredient or substitute.
