Hi Team! roll

I'm so sorry that I haven't logged in for so long! I've been babysitting my grandsons 20 hours per week and working like crazy on my research project to get into my PhD program.

ALSO, been swimming 1.5 miles per week, and walking a bit. I need to be walking more that's for sure.

My garden produced three bushels of tomatoes this year.

Love to everyone. <3

Goooooooo TEAM! clap

Wow, I've gotten to be a total posting slacker here.

Still swimming e/o day and walking around town listening to audio books on the other days.

Grad school is hard, but I'm pulling an A average - not too bad for this old brain!

Hope you all are well and having a decent holiday season!

Gooooooo TEAM! cheerleader

I am working out 5b days a week.
It takes me A WHILE TO GET a workout because my joints get so panful. I stop what I am doing, walk a lap and go back to the exercise that I was doing before!
Yes, I am on painmeds. But I do feel better on them, does that make sense?

I lost some weight and !

I still have the two rashes, but not as bad.
Winter is coming, I put the snow plow on my 4-wheeler!
go team go!

Erica- I thought I would drive over for early Christms dinner?
What can I bring?

Just JOKE
I am at the Rec. Center 5 days a week. OI move slow, but I am getting stronger. No moere weight loss. But i am lifting more.
My knees will not let me walk against the lazy river more than a couple times a week, so I have to mix it up!

Come on crew! Go team, go! Move! Steve?

Hellooooo TEAM! cheerleader

Lon, I would LOVE it if you drove over for dinner! But, we would have to eat at ihop, because i am a horrible cook! LOL

Molly, Hey how's it going?! I want to move to Europe for my doctoral work. What's your advice?

Sue, Good job walking! Have you posted any photos of your walks lately?

Frederick,

Tnate, Great to you're still on the eliptical!

Fergus, Glad you're swimming again! How are your islands for allowing immigrants? I miss the ocean, but can't make myself visit California - too many people.

Steve (Orch), How are you? Haven't heard since you got back from Vegas... right after we got our #5 grandson in March.

I'm walking and swimming lately. Still crocheting a lot. Playing with grandkids.

Even though I posted about Christmas - we have completely taken the holidays off. IT'S AWESOME!!!! snowflake1 snowflake1 snowflake1

Keep moving everyone!!! clap

When at work, I walk inside, 1 mile walk from my building to the furthest building I can go all inside, and back again.

When at home, doing yoga, as its really too cold (near zero (not windchill) and too much snow.

good to see you all here
