If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi I think a minor miracle may be occurring. Wed I saw my MD and he wanted me to try daytime mini doses of cyclobenzaprine, which I did. Yesterday I took 5mg and I was wiped out in bed for 5 hours. But what I realized when I got my wits about me is that I wasn't breathing well either. So I only took 1/2 at bedtime. Today I knocked it down to 1/4 in the afternoon before the gym as he suggested. More tomorrow on this topic, but I feel more clear headed than I have in years. ANYWAY, I elliptical'd for 10 minutes plus 20 minutes on the reclining bike. Pain tonight, but it was a fun day! Steve I am impressed that you walked Disney! I'm definitely a wheelchair tourist now. Go TEAM!!!

though i need to do this more often,
we did take a walk today, 1 mile, 20 minutes.
though it was grey and snowing lightly, it was near 30 degrees and no wind so it was all good.

Hello Any idea how many/few of us still here? Less than 10 you think? I'm sure it's something to do with statistics, but I can't figure out why in the world we have so many views? ANYWAY... yesterday I swam 1000yds in 40 minutes. It felt sooooooo good! I'm not sure that the gym is going to work out for me after all. The rowing machine and recumbent bike both cause my tailbone and sacrum to blow up like a balloon. All I have left to try is the elliptical - hard on my feet, yet feels so fun to get to work out. Good job walking and running Sue & Steve! And good job everyone else who's moving it and watching but not posting! Gooooo TEAM!

OK, march is going to be the month of walking every day! well, 2 days in a row now, so far so good. walked 1 mile in 25 minutes. inside due to the cold and uncleared sidewalks, but near windows ½ of the way and a semi-blue sky and i could even see the sun some. saturday i planned to walk as we had blue blue skies, but i ended up napping instead. but the 30 minute drive in the car, got to enjoy the blue skies. Erica, what you describe is why i gave up swimming, yoga classes, etc....seems like its best for me to keep it simple as not to flare something up...thus walking, and when the weather gets nicer, getting on my bike....i should do yoga at home more.

Ran 2.7 miles this morning. I track my runs on Strava. I thought my first mile was slower than the 2nd mile, but when I looked the 2nd mile was the slow one. I was running up hill on the 2nd mile.
Lon I thought you were going to say that you were wrestling with a bear. Maybe the grandkids have more energy than a bear anyway. I should start training to pull a Harley:).

Steve- start pulling the smaller trail bikes first!!! I did see a video of men wrestling / playing with baby elephants!!!!! Such playful animals at an early age. Hogs are that way, until they have a litter of pigs, and then they will eat you if you fall in their pen!!! No bear wrestling lately.

Lon, please, wrestling with hogs (or even hogesses !) is 'out' this side of the present millennium. So please, draw your horns in - or tusks if you will... Tut !!
Be SAFE...

Dear Molly- you are right, I should act my age.... Wrestling with the kids is enough of a work out for now!
How are you?
