Hi everyone,
How is everyone doing?...I know, it's been awhile.i thought I would pop in and say hi to everyone, especially to those who have always been here for everyone. I have been doing better since being on Enbrel. I also have been pushing myself a little harder too. Life does tht. Still on disability and working 2 afternoons a week.
I don't know if Pamela (Pea) mentioned it but we met and had a dinner together with our spouses. What a special lady.
Even though I haven't been here, you all have always been on my mind.

The cold weather is really painful right now, a high of 10 below yesterday. I was in Phoenix visiting my son when we had dinner with Pea and her husband. It was great. . Alan, she didn't mention you but was crying. Now I know why. ! Lon, thank you, I am doing better but only to a degree. I am getting more rest and have learned when I can push myself and when to rest.

Jeff, I am glad you got to meet up with Pamela. I got to have lunch with her and Rumble and Dennis and my husband. Did I leave anyone out? Not on purpose. I am just having a KickAS day.
Dennis brought beautiful bouquets of roses for all of us.
It is great to meet up with you guys in person. Wish I could meet you Jeff. If it is summer, I would back you a cherry pie!!

rest is so important to me now.
I can watch the grandkids and play. I can help healthy people with things I do on my own, but some days after work I sleep for 10 hours. Granted it is fitful and I wake up in pain, but getting rest, a nap when I need it is important. Like me, you may act like you are ok, and then crash when you lie down! A few of the people who ride the van, know that I can not bend over, and pick things up for me. Or help me with my transportation, that does help.
so glad that I can work 16 hours a week..
