Hello all,
This will be short for now, with more later when I'm home. Spent the last couple days in the hospital with cellulitis in my right leg as well as a potential blood clot. It's my third not of cellulitis in the last six months, so apparently it's a new facet of my AS (ie, caused by my inactivity). Just what i needed.

Hi Brad. It's a circle for me as well. I need to exercise but I pay for each time I try so it's easier more times than not to not exercise.
Now that I have this odd liver thing I will have to push through all that and start exercising slow (walking) and keep doing more as I'm able.
