Hi, I've just moved to Singapore and need to find a really good physio and maybe a support group? Have been moving countries a lot recently and have put health concerns on the back burner. Have become very stiff and bent and feel like I need some support to kick start myself into a more positive space.
Any advice appreciated.

Just wanted to say welcome and you will find the help and support you need here. I have kind of put my health on the back burner also so I know what your going thru...I hope you find a Dr. that can help

Hello there,
Hopefully you can find some answers, I do not recall anyone posting here from Singapore in the past unfortunately otherwise I would point you in their direction.
I moved from States to Argentina, but fortunately my AS is now well managed with diet.
Best to you in finding answers.

Thanks for the replies. I have found an AS group which meets for physio every Friday. I'm sure they will be a great help. Joining up now :-)
