Way to go getting that step counter and using it!  I totally understand those running up stairs achieve. I had a pulling the curtain open accident earlier in the summer. Go TEAM!

we were at a reservoir near Douglas. more remodel work..7 hours today!

4 hours of hiking and climbing over logs and rocks to get to the trout stream!
very painful at times. yet it was just beautiful! We did catch 3 different kinds of trout

Spent the end of the week in Las Vegas did not do any running. We did a lot of walking. On Saturday I ran 3.5 miles, and this morning ran another 3 miles.

busy at work...school started....so not really paying attention to my exercise / walking....but whenever I take a food break, I walk outside around our building...I walk my colleagues out to their cars at the end of the day when I want to talk to them, etc.
probably walking about a mile or two a day all told.....

Yesterday I did 1000 metres in the pool
I have to change my routine . It bores me at the moment and then I don't go. Hmmmmm
I have a girlfriend now for the last 10 months.
Beside her everything is boring.
I need to make a plan.
