Did you know that we have our very own KickAS FITNESS TEAM here?

EVERYTHING counts! We have rescue surfers, golfers, gardeners, painters, snow shovelers, swimmers, tennis players, house cleaners, martial arts'ers, cyclists... every movement you can think of. IT ALL COUNTS! clap

It's really kept me moving along in my quest to actually do what my MD says to do.... keep moving every day.

Some days I manage to do a few chores around the house, and some days I ride my bike AND swim... just depends upon the spondy monster + my attitude.

Anyway... if you want some encouragement in your exercise life, come join us. cheerleader

Yes I need to get back to posting in that forum but alot of times I dont feel like Ive done anything even if I have worked all day and just fall into bed at night

I will try and do better
