DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.

no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)
