This ankle brace provides excellent stability + can help plantar fasciitis. It is comfortable to wear day & night and fits into most shoes. The straps provide flexibility to adjust as needed to individual problem(s).
It looked so simple when they demonstrated it at the dr office...but I quickly forgot that and needed to check the online video. This brace has helped postpone a surgery (which is still needed).
Thank's for the info. Snowshoe. I wish I would have had it when I was first dx'd with the hurtful PF. As long as I use my orthotics I'm good now but it took a year to get over the initial pain.

Yes, this brace is lightweight but able to be finely adjusted to deal with multiple problems. Wish I had it 25 years ago when PF was at it's worse. Still, it's solving a couple problems and is more comfortable to wear when sleeping than the clunky boots & casts I've had.

Does it keep ankle at a 90-degree angle? (Can't watch the video right now) I still have some PF pain on occasion, even with biologics and even after having both feet operated on for PF.
