If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Marion I am really thinking that is what is happening. Because after 11 days of having terrible cold being in complete remission, I'm almost over my cold and having pains in my back again. The timing is just too much of a coincidence.
Thanks for sharing your experience!
That said, I'm back to trying to figure out a diet that will work for my AS, UC, and gut bloating.

Thanks Tim. I really appreciate your consistent thoughtful answers. I'm not ready to throw in the towel yet on diet although it is very frustrating.
I've never had a colonic. Interesting, never even thought about it!

Hi Didier, I've had the same experience: whenever I had a serious cold, there was zero backpain... I thought I was fooling myself, but it's true. The immunesystem seems to be busy doing something else. Didn't bother me. I slept like a baby during those days... By the way: I'm on a no/very low starch diet. It seems to work for me. The only thing bothering me now is one inflamed finger (due to cold weather here in Holland)...can't seem to get rid of that... I wish you succes and health, Almond
Diagnosed with Spondyloartritis in 2011. HLA B-27 positive. Started no starch diet in the end of 2011. Been (almost) without medication since that moment. I was a sceptic. I'm a believer now: 'let food be thy medicine'. For Dutch readers: read my story on: http://almondfigtree.wordpress.com/
