If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yeah I too searching since long. If you are non-veg then I guess there are many options for you.. Just use the serach button with your text. I have bak pain since 15 yrs and recently started NSAID and too some extend on LSD(low starch diet), as being veg I have less options!
You can include milk, fruits, green vegetables but no/less roti/rice (they are very high in starch).

WELCOME, kp15: Our friend Krishna figured out it was vitD missing, and he walks daily and gets plenty of sunlight. He has some good color in his skin, being from AP. And he drinks milk regularly (also vitD enriched); he figures this was common for his ancestors who certainly worked outside more than he does in a technical career under neon mostly. Important to supplement, so vitD especially from sunlight and vitE, vitC, niacin/niacinamide, and lysine if available. Calcium, magnesium, zinc, and copper are good, also. Best thing is to get EVOliveOil and sip it by the teaspoonful several times daily. Borage seed, black currant, or evening primrose oils if possible there--during a flare it is good to take about 2g effective GLA. In India as I remember 'false paneer' (tofu) was common, as are til (sesame seeds), and pistachios. Badam drinks are right out--especially that cashew they are way too starchy! All meats are safe, but I don't eat pork anyway, but if they have been processed, beware (sausages, luncheon meats or stuff formed, extruded, etc). Suppose Goa is about the only place to get pork anyway, but preferred order is fish, fowl, and lamb; seldom beef or others. Regret Indian foods are so very starchy and often fried; stay away from these! TEST everything with iodine. I don't know about Indian pickle--a lot of turmeric which should be good for us but it tests starchy so avoid it for now. Salads there are just cucumbers and tomatoes because lettuce wilts in the heat, but eat plenty of salads and be careful of the dressing! When I was in Delhi many years ago, I got a prescription for herbal pressings from the famous Unani sage Hakim Abdul Hameed, whose father founded Hamdard. Perhaps these would help You; I have the image available (it is in Urdu, but the chemists at the clinic in Delhi can read it): Please obtain a copy of Carol Sinclair's book "The IBS Low-Starch Diet," with foreword by Professor Ebringer. This will make things much easier, but our goal is to stop being a good host to the Klebsiella bacterium and to heal our intestinal tracts so the germ has less access to our secondary immune system. And I believe in another goal, more aggressive: Take down existing colonies of this germ! Only way I know to do this is with antibiotics. Careful for most Indian herbs and spices; these are often starchy. HEALTH, John

Flatbread, biscuits (cookies) and rice alternative:
“Recipe for paleo bread: 3 cup coconut flour, 3 cup almond meal, 5 cups coconut milk, 4 eggs blended together. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lay out the batter on a parchment. Bake for 20 mins, flipping it over in 10 minutes.
Coconut flour recipe. Coconut flour is simply dried, grate coconut meat. Grate dried coconut (khopra) and dehydrate in an oven or by drying in the sun. Then blend in a food processor until you get flour like consistency. Almond meal recipe : put almonds in food processor and grind. Don’t bother blanching almonds.
Paleo bread is a good substitute if you miss the breads with your meal. You can eat it with paneer makhanwala or any other vegetable made at home. Instead of eating your sabzi plain, make some nice hot paleo bread as an accompaniment.” From Allee G’s Health Blog; I think this could be made on the stovetop as well.
From Elana’s Pantry, some lovely early morning tea biscuits:
“2 ½ cups blanched almond flour ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt& ¼ teaspoon baking soda 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped 5 tablespoons agave nectar& or honey ½ cup salted butter, melted or vegan shortening& , melted 1 tablespoon vanilla extract& 1. In a large bowl combine almond flour, salt, baking soda and pecans 2. In a smaller bowl, mix together agave, butter and vanilla 3. Mix wet ingredients into dry 4. Place dough in the center of a large piece of parchment paper& 5. and form into a large log approximately 2½ inches in diameter 6. Place in freezer for one hour, until firm, unwrap and cut into inch thick slices 7. Place slices on a parchment lined baking sheet 8. Bake at 350° until lightly golden, 7-10 minutes 9. Cool and serve Makes 24 cookies”
From Life, Gluten Free: “Cauliflower Rice no: grains, gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower 1 onion, diced 2 tablespoons coconut oil sea salt Preparation: Chop the cauliflower coarsely, and process it in the food processor with the "S" Blade. Be sure to only process it enough for the texture to resemble rice, don't over process. In a large stainless steel pan over medium heat, saute the onion with coconut oil or olive oil. Add the cauliflower once the onion is cooked. Cover and let cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until soft. Add sea salt to taste and serve! How to use Cauliflower Rice: 1. Make a stir fry 2. Eat with soup 3. Make a casserole 4. Use it to substitute rice in your favorite recipes Cauliflower "rice" so good, my whole family enjoys it. Try it!” You could use ghee instead of the oil suggested in this recipe
Thank God tea has no starch! Or are you in South India and drink coffee? I think many regions of India are so healthful because of their use of wonderful fresh vegetables, so that is already a big plus. Protein added, depending whether you are vegetarian, pure vegetarian or not. I make one gentle suggestion: please, if you do have some starch in your diet, have it be rice and not roti or any other bread or sweet made from wheat.

Hello, kp15:
It can take six months to really knock the inflammation back; this is a natural method and as such requires some time, patience, and learning. For example, if You are eating mangoes, there is a good possibility that they are really too starchy; many fruits should be sample-tested with the iodine.
Careful of processed and adulterated foods; what is good for most people can be disastrous for us!
HEALTH, John
