If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Any reason you're choosing goat milk? It's more expensive, harder to find, and IMO has more chances for digestion issues vs. water kefir.

First reason is that I can't find water kefir and the other is that goat milk is far better than cow milk.

Why can't you have water kefir?

Because I can't find it. There are no pharmacies or organic food shops which sell it. Do you know if kefir from milk may be used in water?

I found mine online ($20 for a kit) & make my own, it's quite easy. Read up on how to do it and where I bought it at http://100percenthealth.us/year1-2/water-kefir-autoimmune/Although the Kefir is different between water & milk and cannot be interchanged, the probiotics are stronger, natural, and (over some time) the least expensive route.

I don't live in US, so I don't think they will ship it to Serbia. I found on the net few articles which explain how to accomodate kefirs from milk on water solution.

Please post those articles here and I'll add that to my blog post as alternatives for those who cannot find water kefir grains.

Forgive me but the whole idea of Kefir to me is to make it fresh yourself. As it originated in the midlle east it should be all around you via the "turks". Google "kefir" and "Dom" who is the kefir guru in South Australia. Is their a relationship to water kefir and that drink they ferment from tea? I prefer to use cow's milk because it actually converts most of the stuff in milk that i do not like, whereas i can drink goat's milk if i choose as it is good stuff. I eat goat and sheep feta by preference. If i was using kefir grains with goat i'd want grains that had been used that way before. But probably most will come from cow's milk so maybe they would need to be acclimatised by only gardually adding goat milk to a mix and then increasing the amount slowly until 100% goat (or sheep or whatever available). A friend used to make some from her own breast milk as her child was a little intolerant to lactose.
