If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

@ Orch glad you can get out running again take it easy! Ooh so nice to have dry sunny weather, makes the spirits rise get that vitamin D in! Weds 1 hour ride at walking pace apart from encounter with a steam train then it was a bolt!!! Took us both by surprise as we were out of earshot when it arrived at the station and then approaching as it left. I realised what the noises were just as she did! I have now downloaded the timetable! Luckily we were in a reasonably safe place for the mad dash lol Thurs 1 hour ride! Might get to trot next week

Saturday I tried running again. I only went 1/3 of a mile running. Then I walked for 3 miles after that. Today I ran 1/2 mile. Then walked 1.5 miles. I do the running portion up hill so there is not as much bouncing. Today I thought I will keep running after the 1/2 mile, but the shoulder started throbbing so that was enough.

glad you are able to run again, even if just for a bit. But be careful so you can heal as fast as possible.
today, walked ~ 1/2 mile, 15 minutes.

Hi Team! Thanks for posting everyone. You all inspire me SO MUCH! Let's see... Today I noodled on the pool with my sister for 30 minutes. Yesterday I walked 1 mile to the pool, swam 500 yds, got out of the pool and took a bunch of photos of the 35+ kids and their camp counselors wearing outdoor shoes on the pool deck, emailed them to the county health director, then finished 400 more yards swimming while being very satisfied that the lifeguards cleared out all the MRSA-FECES-PUKE-LAWNCHEMICAL wearing people. The day before that I swam for 50 minutes. In about 30 minus I'm going to Denver for a 3 day training. With the fires on that side of the Rockies, and three 8 hr training days, I decided to start a short round of prednisone. Fingers crossed! Go team!

This morning I ran 1.5 miles, and then walked another 3 miles. My shoulder feels stiff now.

Mon 80 minute ride.
Tues 90 minute ride
Thurs 80 minute ride
Neck stiff and lower back aching which it hasn't done for a while so now I know its riding that causes it maybe because my posture is better!

SI a bit grumpy this week, so no long walks.
walked around the yard a bit taking photos today...that was ok.
also grocery store for about an hour, SI felt it a little but not terrible.
hoping when i get my Humira shot this wednesday, I can take advantage of it again and go for some longer walks....feet still good (1.5 weeks later, but the SI only last about a week)

SWIMMING! Hi Team! I spent 2 days last weekend sitting in a NAMI Peer-to-Peer Training , and I only swam once! I've already facilitated two NAMI Family-to-Family during the past 10 months, and I am SO excited to get to be a P2P mentor! After 8 hours in the truck and 30 hrs of training, my back flared right up the minute I got home and reached for a tissue. Do I know better? YES! But now it's written down in my official W.ellness R.ecovery A.ction P.lan. Anyway, today I swam 500 yds. Yesterday I noodled for 90 minutes with a niece and some littles. Last Friday night I swam for 30 minutes in a VERY cold outside pool in Denver. Hope you all fared better and used more sense than me this week! Go TEAM!
