If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

My answer most resembles Steve's answer. I always say, if its cheap enough and harmless enough, I'll try it, even if I'm not convinced it will work.
Not really scams, but "contraptions" to help me sit, lay, etc.
Like I tried the SI belt upon my PTs request. And it helped me not in the least, still it was worth a try.
And the opposite, I have this little contraption called "neck ease", it was less than 30 bucks and really I didn't think it would do anything. Best $30 I ever spent. When my neck starts to go into a horrible flare, I guess it puts it so well into neutral that it often averts the worst of the flare. I was surprised really.
Supplements? Fish oil is supposed to work for inflammation, but I haven't noticed it. On the other hand it was Magnesium that helped my leg cramps more than anything else. And the rheumatologist was the one to put me on Vitamin C and CoQ.
So, like Steve, I'll dabble in "alternative" medicine, but always with eyes open.
I've been surprised enough by science (when I thought something would never work and it did) in my own research (in my lab) to know that I don't always know everything and so I try to be both skeptical and open minded. I like a healthy balance of the two.
But with all of that said, thank you very much for keeping this site so spam free! I'm on some other forums and see so much more spam there before it can be removed that I really learned to appreciate how spam free this site is.

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.) LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

Thankfully I have never been scammed! I do have one well-meaning friend who had a back injury at work and is now on a disability pension who sends me EVERY thing she hears about that is the next "miracle cure" - she wanted me to take tablets made for horses for goodness sake!! I've tried to help her see that she is spending what little money she is given by the government on these scams, but I think because she has nothing else to do, she thrives on these things If someone could find me that miracle cure, I'd be very appreciative!

Almost scammed! I was going to take Lyrica for my fibromyalgia pain, but decided to look up the side effects first (logic, reason).
The side effects are worse than fibromyalgia! Close one.
