If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today's run 3.11 miles (5K) in 20:43 minutes. In some new shoes, felt good. A big foot was filmed in Provo canyon, I run up Provo canyon once and awhile. It is not far from where I work. Here is the video they shot. I think it was just a black bear. http://www.ksl.com/?nid=711&sid=22847166

Hi,
Ok if I join in I am beginning to flare, somethings started my neck off, winter is always worse for me so could do with some motivation to keep exercising when I just want to curl up with a good book and hibernate!
Especially as we have planned a 'big adventure' going in search of the Northern Lights early next year (I haven't been on a plane for 25+yrs since I was 19) including Northern lights by horseback ride and two day husky sledging expedition! That does worry me as to whether I will be up to it but I count myself as reasonably fit which is what they say is required so long as I am not flaring! Must cut down on the chocolate.
Yesterday Horse riding: fairly gentle hack for 1 3/4 hours as neither of us have been out for two weeks. Today same again.
NSD almost all the way No dairy hard cheeses occasionally and homemade ghee Still trying to work out what makes me tick and what makes me drop
