1/2 hour walking the dawg,
1/2 hour digging out old shrubs
1/2 hour playing with Emily... in back yard, running, rolling
staying close to the bathroom, but thanks for all the prayers, I have one more Sunday, then I will be out of work.

still praying for the return of your trike! at least they can't steal the pool  lon, hope your last sunday is full of wonderful memories. here, rain, rain, rain, rain, and rain.........but we need it after a drought of a summer, so can't really complain. walked in the rain, with my muck boots and umbrella: 1.5 miles, 30 minutes. i like walking in the rain if its not raining too hard.

Hi Everyone!  Good job on the weekend exercise everyone!!! Well, it's been over a week since my trike was stolen. Yesterday I came out of denial about it being returned, and called my insurance company to report the loss. My bike shop is building me a new one, and my condo association has agreed to move the bike rack to the front of the garage where it isn't visible from the street. Yesterday I FINALLY got off my whiney butt and noodled for 40 minutes yesterday. Today I'm determined to WALK to the pool and swim! Go TEAM!

Tomorrow at 6:30 am is the Big Cottonwood marathon/half marathon. I am running the half marathon. The bad part is the buses start loading at 4:30 am to take you to the starting line. Should be a fun race.

Emily helped, plus Lola Mae - what a gerat morning
after two vicadine i reaqlize I am glad I stope dhwen I did
my hands are throbbing, but hey, it was worth it
beautful weather her in dry Wyoming
