Hey guys,
I have a "wallet card" that I take when eating out at restaurants. It saves me a huge amount of frustration and embarrassment. I've been meaning to put this into a printable format for ages. Anyways, you will find it attached at the
end of this webpage. Included is a Word doc so you can add all those foods you can't eat. I have tried to keep it brief and stuck to the offending ingredients I keep running across, particularly those unlisted in the menu.
Feel free to tell me "but I can't eat this.." .. I might just add them. But probably not. Which is why I'm giving you the original word doc ;-)
