climbing stairs for the heck of it.
I think I will be able to head to the mountains soon!
Good job!  I'm with you! There's a night hike on the 27th and I am determined to go even if I have to strap ice packs all over my body afterwards!

Grrr.... so tired of this fire season! Be safe! I think the rain has put out the fires here in Utah. No more smoke here, and the news is not reporting about fires.

walked the halls since after dark. 30 minutes, so ~1 mile. now when anyone wants to talk to me, rather than doing it sitting or standing, i say, "come for a walk with me!"

Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)

heat advisory here today, might break a daily record. read yesterday that this summer's drought across the U.S. worst since the 1950s. we need to do a rain dance! that would be good exercise and give us much needed rain! win win!  then we can do a happy dance! yet more exercise! til then its walking in the building for me  today would be a great pool day. stay cool everybody!

I worked in the heat on cement for 3 hours putting insulation on the airconditioning at the church. I got it nealry done. I do a good job and it was windy, so I stuck it out.
I am very sore today, but i SAVED THE CHURCH A BUNDLE by doing it myself..
