Good job! cheerleader

I'm with you! There's a night hike on the 27th and I am determined to go even if I have to strap ice packs all over my body afterwards! grin2

walked the halls since after dark. 30 minutes, so ~1 mile.

now when anyone wants to talk to me, rather than doing it sitting or standing, i say, "come for a walk with me!" smile

heat advisory here today, might break a daily record.

read yesterday that this summer's drought across the U.S. worst since the 1950s.

we need to do a rain dance!
that would be good exercise and give us much needed rain! win win! roll cheerleader roll

then we can do a happy dance! yet more exercise! cheerleader roll cheerleader

til then its walking in the building for me rainbow

today would be a great pool day.

waled dog x 2

moved hoses

I worked in the heat on cement for 3 hours putting insulation on the airconditioning at the church. I got it nealry done. I do a good job and it was windy, so I stuck it out.

I am very sore today, but i SAVED THE CHURCH A BUNDLE by doing it myself..

go Team! keep moving!
