If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thank you Lon
I use some really good shoes but perhaps extra heal pads would help. I did 22 k in 2h 23 minutes yesterday. Today is resting day. I'll let you know how it goes with pushing the time. It might work with the better heal protection. That might actually also help on the impact to the si joint and lower back.
I got fanatical about running when I got the diagnosis a long time back, and I believe that together with the exercise bike, physio and swimming it has kept me better than without.

now that the pred has kicked in, taking advantage of that for sure. yesterday walked 2 miles in 45 minutes.
it was a beautiful day! blue skies, a few puffy white clouds, all the trees varying shades of green, lots of bird activity and song, frogs loudly calling as i passed the marshy area that the beavers created this past year. and so great for the feet not to hurt, the hamstring tendonitis to not kick in, the knees not to hurt, etc. felt like i could've kept going, which isn't usually the case.

This mornings run 4 miles in 38:05 minutes. Thanks Lon, I keep thinking I am going to make a trip to Rapid City, and stop in at your place to say hello, and go for a walk. I keep thinking that, but no plans yet.

Last night my son, son inlaw, and I went camping. I didn't get a lot of sleep. I got up about 7:00 am and went running. Ran 4.69 miles (walked about 1/2 mile) in 51:42 minutes. I have 10k that I am running on Monday.

Got out for 1 hour cycle on the bike today. Just went on a circuit close to home.
I was reading an article recently saying that the best sports to stay healthy for life are swimming, cycling and walking. That was a nice surprise.
