If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I am now running some good long distances, but at slow speed. Does anyone have ideas to increasing running speed other than intervals? I have problems with interval training causing extra pain around the fused joints. Intervals also aggregate the inflammation in my heals. But I love running and would like to get a bit faster.

nothing too aerobic yesterday, but up and about for several hours. an hour shopping. then later, 1.5 hours wandering through a garden and a bonsai show.
oy vey my feet! and legs.
spent yesterday evening and today recovering. my supplements and LDN allows a quicker recovery.
but my SI is not right today. hoping its better tomorrow. just tight and causing low level spasms so i'm all crooked.

kilroy,
I am not now a runner, I used to I am sure you are using heel pads? The only thing that has ever worked for me in regard to running, when I did run, was to just do what I could. trying to push it, always made me very sore or tore a muscle I think If you keep at it, you will be faster... I was never able to push it, just able keep at it until before I knew it ...my time was much shorter..
I would give anything to be able to run for 20 minutes now..

music really can revitalize us! that sounds just heavenly! last night, walking out to my car, stooped over like the hunch back of notre dame, due to the SI joint, realized it was time for another pred dose pack. started it this morning. working wonders, but still need a few days til i can go for a walk again. the quarter mile to and from my car is about the extent of my walking today.

Hi team:) I've been in NYC for a week, because my niece came down with a nasty depression and checked herself into the hospital. Thank God she's doing well and feels good enough to go home in a couple of days. My sister and I have walked at least 2 miles each day and once I was able to get in about 200 yds before the pool closed for the evening. Go team!!
