If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today I walked slowly for 1.5 miles and noodled in the pool for 30 minutes. Lon, SERIOUSLY? You are doing so much for just having pneumonia last month! Good job everyone! GO TEAM!

Ok guys, I was back on the bike 20km in 32.34 minutes and jogged for the first time since my back started at me a couple of months ago. It has since calmed down so I felt like jogging 4.1km or 2 and a half miles in 30 minutes. I walked for 4 minutes.
Erica, great to see you hit 1000 metres, I hope you feel ok and I´ll tell Carolina what you said- she loves compliments.
Lon: Respect, you do things that I don´t even dream of.

fergus, it has been fun.....to have you sharing your exercise.
I don't know your business, but I would keep that gal that is snuggled in to your side. She has the look of being quite committed to you!!
More mowing, push mower,a deacon hit a rock and broke the riding mower to small pieces.. 3 hours pushing since last post.
I start out slow and then when I get used to the pain; I step it up and realize that I can work with this kind of pain!!!!
Lola Mae, is my new friend, at 2 months 3# she works real hard to keep up in the tall grass.
Go team!!!! Team Go!! You are all way above average!!!

walked, 1.5 miles, 1 hour
went to see the lilacs in the park, but the warm spell followed by the cold spell really did them in
still, a nice park, and thus a nice walk
the hill made it pretty challenging, thus why so short a distance in such a length of time.
