Michelle...I just picked up on this as well. Your pups are my fav....You are in my thoughts and prayers as well. Since you have the go ahead to eat ice cream, get the really creamy good stuff...Ben and Jerry's, Haggen daz. Have you tried making some shakes to keep the weight up as well.
My brother gained 15 pounds when his jaw was wired shut...I can ask him what he put in those shakes he made. If I can help in any way, I will try, my darndest...

Hi Alida...Mike and the kids have been bringing me shakes and malts, I'm eating a lot the last couple of days... so, hopefully I'll be able to pack on a few pounds...and yes, it would be nice to get some of those recipes from your Brother, thank you so much...

I am trying to think of great weight gaining foods but all I can come with are all junks foods. Naturally. Me and junk. we have this close relationship thing going on.
- Carpal Tunnel in BOTH hands
- Depression (MDD) Major Depressive Disorder
- Pituitary Adenoma
- Scoliosis
- Spinal Arthritis with bone spurs on spine
- Multiple Scoliosis diagnosed
- Herniating spinal disc
- HLAB27+
- Final diagnosis: Mild lumbar spondylosis
Previously told Mechanical Back 'Issues'. Hate this term!

I have been doing well. The AS is status quo. My hands and wrists have been bothering me more than usual. I have been getting weird feelings in my legs once and a while. Almost like restless legs. All in all, I can't complain though.
