If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

good weather here... crazy good Here, too! Sunshine and snow at the same time. even a few extra minutes can make tomorrow better!! Exactly right! Move it or lose it! If any one is missing some south wind we have it here. We had it yesterday, but we sent it over to Montrose! We've heard those Montrosians thrive on wind. Its nice to do my workout before breakfast. 1 thing I dont have to worry about for the rest of the day. Exactly! But what about lunch? Then can we eat more? 77 degrees today, in upstate NY WHAT?! Is that normal? HI I'm New to KickAS and I swim so i'll join in Yay! We love new team mates! :clp good weather here... crazy good That's nice! Yesterday 70F, today 45F... weird. Good job everyone! Let's see. Friday I cleaned house for 4 hours. Saturday I swam 500 yds and walked 1 mile. Today I swam 900 yds and if the weather agrees I might actually ride my bike downtown. Go TEAM!

walked 1.5 miles, 30 minutes with colleague of mine. another crazy warm weather day, 73 degrees and sunny in upstate ny, definitely not our typical march weather. my first year here, it snowed 6 inches on st. patty's day. i'll take this weather over that any day. normal is somewhere in the middle, but normal is highly overrated!

1500 metres yesterday in the pool. I won´t get into the weather discussion as numbers as low as 70º are things we have never heard of.

It's a trip watching how everyone's weather is. We really need a Jamaican bobsled team! Today I rode my INCREDIBLY COOL TRIKE (can you see it?) 5 miles around town. It was really too cold, but I couldn't resist. Now I'm home and plan to slack off. Go TEAM!

Yesterday I ran 3.52 miles in 33 minutes. Then went to the airport and pickup my son who just returned from a 2 year mission for our church. Great day.
