If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ran 3.75 miles yesterday in 38 minutes. I would have been a little faster except I had to stop at an intersection and wait for cars to get past. I guess I didn't have to stop, but I figured it was safer, and It would have taken more time if I was hit by a car.

Steve, are you serious, they make you wait for cars???
YOu need to have some kind of traffic control on your hat!!!
What a good example you and everyone is! I am still working at 15 minutes a day...

each intersection should have a trampoline so you could jump over all the cars! or jet power packs on the back of your running shoes! i hear they are all the rage! yes, good to avoid getting hit!

walked, 1 mile, 20 minutes, in the rain,
while it was raining pretty hard, enough for my raincoat and pants to be soaked, it was still almost 60 degrees, and so warm enough to be enjoyable,
but that rain is bringing in a cold front, supposed to drop back down to 30 degrees, already 40 degrees, only an hour after my walk. snow coming next two days, then back around 60 with sun on sunday.....ah yes, spring in upstate NY!
