If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hey do you guys have dreams about eating food since you go on NSD? I have had a couple of dreams now about eating starch foods. The other night I dreamt that I accidentally ate a meat pie before remembering I wasn't supposed to eat it! Kind of annoying. Then I had another dream a week or 2 ago where I was watching others eat cakes and biscuits and I was going to eat it and then suddenly remember I couldnt! bah.
Anyhow I made those coconut flour soft chocolate chip biscuits. They do just nicely except I didnt' have enough chocolate chips so they are a little weak.
5 and a half weeks into NSD now. Things have been stable and the stiffness that was creeping in towards the afternoons doesn't come in anymore for last 2 weeks. My neck gets little spots of stiffness from time to time but nothing like it used to be and I'm sure a good massage will help that.
I feel things are stable enough that I can now introduce a few additional foods. This week I've introduced raw tomatoes and spanish onion back into my diet to spice up my salads. One at a time. So far no problems.
I went out to lunch last week and had Scallops wrapped in Bacon and washed down with a couple of glasses of Charddonay. Never felt better that afternoon. My whole body just relaxed. 0 pain. I'm going to try more scallops.

Yes, I've had bad dreams where I ate starchy things and then wanted to kick myself... why did I do that, and how much am I going to hurt?? Remember one in particular about french fries...

No dreams... but now that I am temporarily limiting sugar as well, cravings have increased a bit for foods on the no/no list.

I have had about 2 or 3 nightmares about eating starch, involving potatoes which were my favorite. In the dream I was indulging and eating them as if I forgot about my problem. Then immediately after eating the starch I remembered and I had this sickening feeling, worrying about how much pain I was going to be in. Eventually I woke up and realized how thankful I was that I only did that in my dream, haha!

UGH! I had another bad dream about eating starch. It was SO REAL too. I was seriously panicking in the dream because it felt so real. The culprit was fried potato wedges. I hope these don't become recurrent nightmares....haha
