Today I swam 1,350 yds in 40 minutes. Go TEAM!

On Saturday I did 5 km jogging and 20 km on the bike. I was just about to jump in the pool and do 750 metres swimming and finish a sprint marathon when I saw that the jacuzzi was free and for some reason totally beyond my comprehension I jumped in there instead.
I needed to relax and meditate so that I could concentrate on my spelling the next I came here.

Onem mile on the tread mill, 5% grade
moved snow 1/2 hour, more to do!
wonderful sunshine! shirt sleave weather!!
I am thankful every time I can clean a sidewalk, and then later see the sun has melted the frost!

1000 metres swimming. The pool was rather cold when the sun hid behind the clouds today. I shall take my wetsuit with me next time

Yesterday I swam 1 ,150 yds in 38 minutes. Today walked 2 miles & swam for 30 minutes. Bah, I have had a stupid 3 day HM. My right eyeball feels weird still, but the rest of me feels ok. Go TEAM!

hope the migraine is better  last night i thought i could use the phone without a head set for 5-10 minutes..WRONG!.......rib locked under shoulder blade a little, couldn't sit..... walked / paced up and down the hall for about an hour swinging my arms around in big windmills.....amazingly got it to settle down. no idea how far i walked? maybe 1 mile.

40 minutes in the pool tonight---they kept one lane open for me to keep doing laps while 30 wimmen did their water aquatics class (  x30 ) Sorry, seemed to somehow lose track of exactly how many laps I did (  <----me)
