If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hey guys,
I am headed to Breckenridge, CO for snowboarding. This is the first time in about 2 years that I'll have gotten back on the slopes. The previous 2 seasons before that, I endured the pain but the last two years were impossible to snowboard, much less walk without limping.
Because of NSD, I am pain free right now and hope it will last all next week. We will be in a condo with a kitchen so I can make all my own legal food. I will keep you guys posted. I'm so excited to get back on my board and not have pain!!

Hey, Lauren:
One of my favorite places!
I'm going there last week of July for 'Burro Days' in Fairplay.
I'll be sending grabbing-AIR thoughts to You! And we want pictures!
Have a GREAT and painless time of it, KickAS, John

Awesome! We love Breckenridge and it's "towney" feel. Not sure if I'll be grabbing any air, but I'll remain optimistic! Thanks for the well wishes!

Congrats and enjoy the trip.
I stuck with crosscountry skiing for my snow fun when younger.
Best,
Tim

Hey guys! Well, I had a blast!! I was able to snowboard almost all day for 2 days, with absolutely no pain whatsoever! Not having snowboarded for 2 years, I really took it easy, not because of AS, but just because I was sore from snowboarding itself...there was a lot of powder and ungroomed slopes, which makes it much more of a workout. Pretty much the entire last week, AS was the last thing on my mind, if it even entered my mind! I was able to cook my own meals, so I remained very strict all week. Just another mini-success story here!
