I am in the same boat. My temp since I was a child is usually in the 96.5- 97 range. I've always wondered if when I feel sick and take my temp if I have a fever when it registers above that. For example, I feel very feverish with a 99 degree temp but technically that really isn't a fever.

If I hit 99-100 I feel like death and am usually starting to get delusional.

Mine are always low too. My husband wear's short's while I have the fire blazing, a blanket and my heating pad wrapped around me. I do have thyroid problem's. I started waking up sweating though and getting colder and colder. I am having it re-checked right now.

Blood test are not always revealing. You have to have an ultra-sound of your Thyroid as well. If you are symptomatic but blood levels are normal, ask for an ultra-sound. My Dr. finally decided something was up about 8 year's ago and ordered one despite my normal readings. By then I had a multi-nodular goiter. I have it ultra-sounded once a year to keep it in check. Something changed though recently so here we go again. Low Thyroid can cause a lot of pain as well. It can mess you up in way's you never knew.
Please have it checked if you have any of the symptoms they list for guideline's.

Yep me too. 96.5 Not on any of the Biologics and has always run that low for as long as I can remember and none of my docs have ever said anything so I figured it was my norm.

I can ususally tell i have a fever if my eyes feel hot. gonna ask doctor about thyroid..

I an normally about 97.5. I get cold all the time and my hubby complains about the thermostat being high and wasting $$ because I push it up and he pushes it down. I have never had a thyroid problem. I think that some of us are just naturally on the cold side.
