4 eggs
1/4 cup sifted coconut flour
1 cup grated tasty cheddar cheese
1 small onion finely diced
4 precooked broccoli florets finely diced
Combine all ingredients. Drop spoonfuls into non-stick pan and fry until golden on both sides and cooked through the middle.
