Re: Hard Fiber

Enteral and Total Parenteral Nutrition... has been shown to cause cecal bacterial overgrowth, increased intestinal permeability, and bacterial translocation in animal studies. Oral administration of cellulose fiber or kaolin decreased the incidence of bacterial translocation, but not the bacterial overgrowth or the loss of mucosal mass.40,50,51

Hi JC,

Re: Relafen: I think you are right. The standards of research must have been turning a blind eye. My wife tried this for shoulder immflamation due to an injury. She expierienced stomach problems and very little relief from the symtoms. (The other NSAIDs had upset her stomach also)

Regards,
ike
