If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Saturday: walked 2.5 miles in 40 minutes
Sunday: walked 2.5 miles but it took an hour because my mother, who recently had two replacement ankles, joined me after 25 minutes at my usual speed and I had to slow down so I could walk with her. She is amazing - two years ago she could barely walk 20 paces. A month ago, she danced at my son's wedding!

Go Wendy's mom!! I have slipped into the dark bucket with the head pain and darkness. It is like a really bad drunk. But I can walk 20 minutes on the tread master... I have another appointment Thursday.. not been fun. I am still working, most people know of my handicap, which can be funny if it were not so stinking serious!
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.

lon, that does sound serious. you are in our thoughts. please let us know as you know more. rain today, but had to go to the mall to buy the new vincent van gogh and new steve jobs biographies (though no idea when i'll get around to reading them, they are huge!).......so walked through the mall and back, a long mall, so ~1 mile in ~20 minutes.

I've been riding my bike, too.

1,600 metres in 42 minutes in the pool. Keeping going, could be better, could be worse. I really am busy with my family over to visit me. Great fun I have to say but I am sleeping well.

5 mins on the recumbent bike today plus 20 mins on the elliptical trainer. Now I'm waiting to see how my hip will do.

Went on a "grand witches council" hunt for clues and brew ingredients Saturday night. About 2 hours, in/out of the car and hunting for clues in cemeteries and elsewhere. Pretty fun, and I am SO counting it as excerise!! Took 2 kinds of NSAIDS and 4 extra strength Tylenol to get me through but it was fun. The kind of fun Adults should have more often! My team of 8 came in last, but we had fun!

that definitely counts as exercise! reminds me of doing the maize maze with our students a few weeks back; my feet and SI suffered for it, but it was fun while i was engrossed in the activity. this year was the first year we came in first, instead of last......last is usually more fun cause you get to have the fun longer......so this year after coming out before everyone else, we went back in and tried hard to get lost, but then gave up and got out and had some warm apple cider instead! walked about 1/2 mile, 10 minutes. would have done more but it started raining as i went outside, so walked through the tunnels under the student center a bit, but the hard concrete floors not the best place to walk after being on my feet a bit too much saturday and yesterday. all fun activities, but fun can really run a body ragged.
