When am I going to listen to this and actually consider working less? I don't know.  I'd say to ask John, but he's over at ASRAUnited lately.  Good job on the swims and biking though!

Today I rode my bike around town a bit - 2.7 miles, took it slow. Swam 850yds in about 35 minutes.

hello friends..so exciting to see so many ka friends moving along...!! Monday stats: Krav cb: 60 min Tuesday stats: KM2 Phase B: 150 min 9 more weeks left...thank God! On an exciting note..we had Telemundo filming us for a segment on the spanish channel. Not sure when it's coming out...gonna google. Its so much to learn but every class I finish helps me fight off AS just a wee bit and I can stick my tongue out at the AS monster! pfff!   Goooo team!

Just writing to let you know I've not sworn off exercise, just fighting off a bad flare. lol.
I am clean and sober (no starch no sugar) for 2 whole days now and today I could bend over and touch my toes. And my grotesquely swollen knee, not so grotesque today! yippee.

After two weeks over being so busy I only managed one walk, I finally got back to the gym yesterday and did 30 mins on the elliptical trainer.

280 minutes of brisk walking / and gong against the current at the pool, in one week. plus walking out my office up the hill to water at he church is a good stint.

Yesterday I got out of bed to go running at 5:00am. I didn't want to get up that early, but one of the guys I run with had to be back for his daughter's soccer game. We were to start running at 5:30am. It was raining big drops outside. Both guys I was going to run with texted me to say they were not going. I went back to bed thinking I would try again at 6:30 when i will not be in the dark for long. I didn't wake up until after 7:00, but it was no longer raining. I didn't hit the road until after 8:00. Now I didn't have time for the planned 12 mile run. I ran 8.55 miles in 1 hour and 22 minutes. I will need to make up the missed miles this week.

Walked 2.5 miles yesterday in 40 minutes during a rain-free window.
