nice dramatic clouds too  so... in Arthritis magazine there was an article recently that talked about watching where you walk to avoid falling injuries... just sayin'

nice dramatic clouds too so... in Arthritis magazine there was an article recently that talked about watching where you walk to avoid falling injuries... just sayin' LOL! if that's the case, i surely should've broken something by now! i do trip over cracks in the sidewalk though; need to learn to pick my feet up more.

Mowing with a push mower, scraping weeds / pulling weeds out of the cement cracks at the parking lot! Walking with Lin 30 minutes a day.

Tomorrow I'm probably going to regret today, but today ~ played "catch me again" in the pool with my 4 yrs old grandnephew for almost an hour ~ and am now having a bit of a difficult time typing. As I suspected... PAIN and stiffness today.  But, I have to say it was TOTALLY worth it.  Next time my hubby is going to have to play "catch me again" for most of the hour.

150 laps in the pool today
Not sure why I bothered to clean a few stray leaves out of it first, after hurricane iRene hits tomorrow and Sunday, we'll be lucky if no TREES fall into it

150 laps in the pool today
Not sure why I bothered to clean a few stray leaves out of it first, after hurricane iRene hits tomorrow and Sunday, we'll be lucky if no TREES fall into it Dow! There you are!  Duck if you see any trees coming your way.

35 minutes, last two days, of brisk walking
2 hours on my feet walking, setting sprinklers at church, scooping debris from the parking lot drainage, yep, a right nice day, but I am starting to throb, I best Harley home and shower..

Today's run 17.5 miles in 3 hour 22 minutes. I wanted to run 18, but I was to slow and to tired so when I got home I stopped. I should have run out another 1/2 mile then I would have been forced to keep going to get home:)
