If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

To celebrate the holiday today I ran 4.71 miles in 51:36 minutes. I did walk about a half mile. Mondays are hard days for me because I am still recovering from the MS shot. Shooting for a marathon in October.

i used to love running in my teens and 20s! gave it up before i had to, moved from where i could run on dirt to a city and the hard surfaces weren't so good for my legs. but it sure was meditative. that's ok, i just switched to new activities, but running was one of my favorites. glad you are doing it; i can appreciate how good it can make one feel and a marathon! even when i was young, never did more than a 1/2 marathon distance: ran a 20 K walk-a-thon with 2 friends of mine while still in high school- that was fun!

I did 1600 metres in the pool today in more or less 45 minutes, which is quite good. Just got given lots of work by my boss and since I get paid by the hour I shouldn´t complain but hey when will I get back to the pool I ask!!!

Spent 10 minutes on an elliptical trainer and 20 minutes on a recumbent bike today.

When I was first diagnosed the doctor told me no more running. I didn't follow that advise, and that has been a good thing for me. At first I thought if I am not going to be able to run and ski later in life I had better do it now. Running always made me feel better.

walked what seemed like forever from one end of the hospital (where i had a doctor's appointment) to the other end of the medical school (where i have a collaborator), so kinda got my daily walk in that way. a good 30 minutes of walking total (~1 mile).

Yesterday walked 2.5 miles - 45 minutes - a bit slower because I had a low blood sugar attack and had to stop for a bit.

That's awesome. I don't think anyone realizes how much exercise there is in just daily walking.
