If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yesterday I ran 5.25 miles in 50:25 minutes. I downloaded the new Nike app for the iPhone, it is great. It uses the GPS to track your run. Plays music while it is tracking. At every mile it tells you what pace you are going. When you finish it maps out the route that you took. It was a free app. I don't usually take my phone with, but now I will.

today hubby and walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes.
shins not too terribly bad. made sure i didn't do more than my usual 1.5 miles, 30 minutes, as more just seems to create issues. and i took my chiro's advice and took shorter strides instead of longer strides, but today i didn't; he said longer strides puts more strain on the shins. that was a challenge, had to be mindful the whole way, as i think i take longer strides when with hubby to try to keep up with him, but today i adjusted and i think it helped.

Ran a 10K (6.2 miles) this morning, but I forgot to look at the clock when I came in. It took about an hour. On Monday's it is hard for me to run because I am still recovering from th MS medication.
