I was camping on Saturday so I set out to go running Friday morning. I started running, but was feeling dizzy so I went to the gym and spent 20 minutes on the elliptical.

too late! did myself in with one day of walking, just made it worse yesterday, today they hurt just after walking around the grocery store for about 15-20 minutes to pick up a few things; still hurt sitting here. put antiinflammatory cream on them, didn't help, so now icing them, and its beautiful out (after raining much of the day, and i want to go for a walk! mad patience. rainbow

Ran 5.1 miles this morning in 49:55 minutes. I still felt a little dizzy, but made it fine.

We have really high pollen here this week. Do you have allergies? Or do you think it's MS dizzyness? Whichever, I hope you feel better soon. hugss

I do have allergies, but my neurologist gave me some medication to try. It is for restless legs, but it makes me feel dizzy and tired the next day so I am going to see if I can get a lower dose.

My sister takes Requip for jumpy legs and I take - 1/2 of a .5 mg. I have to take super low doses of everything. I hope the reduction works for you.
