If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Oh Grrrrr.... Being back in Washington during the spring bloom is kicking my *BLEEP*. I had a cold a couple of weeks ago and it was almost gone when we got to WA last Tuesday. Now it's a full on shaking, sweating, red faced flare, and has somewhat settled in my right ear and HURTS! Buwhaaaa buwhaaaa... whine, snivel... But today I swam 1,000 yds in about 35 minutes. I was so cranky and griping to myself the whole way that I didn't even really notice the time going by. Maybe the up side to a bad attitude? This is what it sounded like in my head. "I hate swimming. Other people don't realize how lucky they are to be able to take a freaking ASPIRIN! I can't even turn because it hurts my stupid ear." blah, blah, blah... you get the idea. Hopefully we're packed and on the road by noon on Thursday around noon. And after we pick up my daughter's piano in Seattle on Saturday morning we'll be over the mountains and away from all this blooming green in a flash. Good job everyone on sticking with the move-it-or-lose-it routine.

Ran 4.2 miles today in about 40 minutes. I forgot my GPS, I ran my usual 4.2 mile course.
I am entered to run a half marathon on the 21st of May, but now I have a conflict and will not be able to run that day. I may just do my own half marathon the week before.

Hey all - I'm a newby AS guy - well I guess I've had the DX since February anyway - after a few weeks of NSAIDs I'm basically at my old working out levels and going after bigger and brighter challenges. I was currious if there are distance runners around hanging out on these forums. I'm working on my 13th marathon on May 21 - actually getting pretty excited about it as it's just around the corner now.

Thankd Orch - I've come across one very fast marathoner with AS that goes by rockharrier on here. I consider myself pretty fast, but he's in another league completely - he just finished Boston Marathon last month in 17th place overall. Appears he hasn't posted here for ages but I do find him in the search engine.
Maybe that's the guy your talking about or is there another one out there somewhere?

I swam 1,000 yds yesterday.
We're in Bothell, and are all moved out of the WA house. Spending tonight and tomorrow night with friends. Then taking off Saturday around 10am toward Colorado. I will be SO relieved to be away from this gloomy weather, nut will very much miss our good friends.

Rock harrier is the one. I went skiing with him a few years ago. He ran 10 miles before going skiing. Amazing
