Dear Kat

I wish I could be there for you in some other way other than this post. I will be thinking of you and your sweetie through this difficult time. I hope you know and can find some level of comfort in knowing we are all here for you.

Thanks everyone. I must apologize for the wording of my post. It seems I worried a few people that I might be in immanent physical danger. I am in no physical danger. The threat is to my sweetie and in part me. Through him me. But it is not physical in nature. Not directly and if we can handle it properly when we are able, hopefully not at all.

There are reasons I cannot speak openly about this. Someone knows how to use the internet, you see. And would in all probability use what I say to hurt us, no matter how benign I might think it. I've actually almost never talked about this situation here for just that reason. It's been going on for years. But this time, I couldn't bear it alone (alone is relative - my mother's completely in the loop, and through her, probably the rest of my family, as well as one or two friends - I just don't turn to them often because they worry).

I'm a bit calmer now, but it seems to hit in waves. Very new information that only hit us yesterday. Now, we're trying to deal with the situation. I appreciate your support, your hugs, your prayers and positive energy. My sweetie does too. He's touched, actually. Keep it coming.

Love and hugs,

Kat
