I spoke with an old friend of my family last night and the night before. He is a forensic neuro-psychiatrist. He is very familiar with the connection between intestinal illnesses, arthropathies, and mental illnesses. He says that vitamin D3, Omega3, and fast absorbing B-Complex with methyl folate is essential. All of this basically supports what we here have already figured out, but having him say it was very important to me. He also uses LDN in his treatment plans of his own patients.

I have been thinking of you every day since I first read your heartbreaking loss of your daughter. I continue to think of you and pray for strength for you and your family and much love. As a mother of a teenager who has suffered from depression and post traumatic stress I know how devastating depression is. Oh my god honey i've been away too much I just now saw this. I'm so sorry. My cousin Annie died the same way, age 23, when her son was a baby. It's so hard, so so hard to get through, and it is OK to feel angry with her, please remember that. You and your family are in my prayers, honey.

Oh, my girl was the gentlest sweetest woman on earth. It would be impossible for anyone to be angry with her. She suffered from depression from age 9...
