If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks for the list Jet! Will all these things help even if I'm off the no starch diet? I suppose they will?
Thanks Molly, forgot about that list will check it out at some point

as i understand it, the oils help heal the gut. the probiotics help recolonize gut with good bacteria. oregano and garlic is like a germ killer. turmeric acts as an antioxidant, neutralizing free radical damage, and the herb also acts as an anti-inflammatory. bromelain assists with digestion and helps heal soft tissue. berries are very high in antioxidants.Dark green leafy vegetables are good sources of many vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy. seaweed and bone broth have minerals that are good for your bones. green lipped mussel extract contained a high amount of lipids and the essential fatty acid, omega-3 without mercury.

Check out the probiotics you take though and, check out the ingredients of that Yakult - you 'may' find that it contains excipients (fillers) like starches and also artificial sweeteners (Aspartame) - those sweeteners are not good for AS...

Since ground spices often are starchy, I use spice extracts from a company online called Supreme Spice. I have been adding: ginger and turmeric to my tea throughout the day, as I've heard that they are anti-inflammatory. I also take fish oil. No sugar for me these days, along with no starch, but I know you are not currently doing NSD and no worries, you do what works for you when it works, right? What else? I'd love to eat a fresh pineapple daily, but I never seem to, I'll have to put that on my shopping list! Well, perhaps neither here nor there but I've been trying to stress out LESS, lol!

yep, that's right Seb! Be patriotic and support (the drying out and grinding up and subsequent consumption of...) your native NZ fauna: http://www.mobicosa.com/
