If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Erica - I just read your note in this thread. I don't usually come here because it's a fitness thread. I'm so very sorry. I hardly know what to say. My head is full of questions which would not be ok to ask here. Like all parents, and I'm about your age, I immediately imagine this happening to one of my children and feel utterly sick. All the love and hugs that I can send are winging their way to you and I know that will not begin to touch your loss and grief. So very, very sorry.

My sweet daughter died last night. I am so sad. ...May the Lord bless and keep you all. Oh my... I popped in like I usually do to input my activity. And, tears started rolling down my face. My son next to me said, "What?" I am so sorry. I don't know what else to say.

Oh Erica, I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your daughter. The sorrow in your few words is so moving, I'm so sad for you, you must feel utterly heart-broken. My deepest condolences to you.
I'm glad you have a large family and support system and trust they will all help to hold you up and lend you strength through the painful days and months ahead.
With love, sympathy and gentle hugs, you will be in my thoughts Erica. mig

(For Erica - In my thoughts and prayers - a keepin goin for you Team Leader.)
First day of 'driving' today. That is, pony driving. Through and round a lovely park out in the French countryside. Half an hour. Was a tad nervous, but took the reins and sat with the lass from the equitation centre. Pony was a Shet, a 'been there there an done it all before' gelding - who 'only' understood French! Nice and comfortable to drive. Went over a large grassy area as well, was a bit nervous 'in case' of jarring, but OK. Was disinclined to 'trot' though. So, a nice slow and also a brisk walk through the parkland. (Was a stiff dismount from the skurry...). Another session next Tuesday.
Physio Therapy Doing my stretches and bends forwards, with straight back and straight from the hips - physio T. says, NO bending of spine 'down' MUST keep spine straight. And gotta sit more tall. He tells me off for being a sloucher. (Which I do tend to be.)
Next session tomorrow morning and will be working with the big physio, Pilates, ball. Will be interesting.
BTW. He was somewhat *dismayed when I told him about the 'head harness' that I was put into last year - to stretch the cervicals. Says MOST dangerous for a spondy or *anyone with cervicl problems. A *Definite No-No. Eye opener for me. So will advise my GP - again - that the physios across the road from me are...deeply suspect!
I had better retire now, or will never be up in time to get ready, do chucks and motor 40 mins to P/T session.
Night all -
