Yesterday I was in the gym again. To much snow on the roads to run outside. The elliptical that I usually use was taken so I got on one of the newer ones. I was faster there. 3.3 miles in 32 minutes. Then 10 minutes of lifting weights.

tonight: walked 30 minutes 1.5 miles

since i've been at work late two days and missed my walk, today after chiro took a walk even though dark by then. and we got the white stuff today. so i put on all my warm clothing and my snow boots, got out my trusty flashlight, and away i went. actually in the dark but with good lighting by lampposts and flash light nice and peaceful and quiet. i always liked being out of doors at night, find it quite relaxing. smile

this album on my ipod:

Btw - I put your PT down under the Stretching heading - if you don't think that is applicable I can give it it's own heading. Will just amend as necessary.
Great to have you in the team, Molly cheerleader
