If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

OMG Sue!! All th food you mentioned is making me hungry again.. lol What Pete did last year was break up the people that signed up for it into 3 groups of 25-30 people in each class. After 30 min they'd take a quick water break and rotate to the next class. Some are easier than other. The hardest I would say is bag and kettle bell. But I was way too lazy from the turkey feast to get outta bed. Ma'bones hurt too much this morning and the blankets refused to let me go! So I skipped class! I was hoping to go walking today but went and bought a basketball for my son to practice at home, and a usb flash drive at Walmart GASP with Sofia. We found one at Office depot instead! Crowds were much quieter today! We didnt dare touch black friday! Go Sue! Go teammmm!!

then many hours of housework, not very aerobic, but at least up on my feet most of that time.
Exactly the point in the move-it-or-lose it movement! Go TEAM!

No worries Erika! I played hookey! I skipped class today! Phew! Good, I thought that 3 hours sounded a bit too strenuous.

lots of norwegian swimming pools
If I want to be able to play in the fast (well... upright at least) lane, I must plan my travel around available local pools. Bøler is the warmest, it's around 92F. And all of the Norwegian pools have a dry sauna. Tøyenbadet has two giant dry saunas in the women's locker room. One hot for adults, which seats around 30, and one warm for moms w/ kids that seats the same.

LOVE saunas. Can stay in em for hours - quite impressed my Finnish hosts by staying 3hrs in one once... Saunas, sigh. Really miss those. None at the gyms I went to check out. Oh well. Dream on.

Around the World In 80 Pools LOL. Today, I swam 1,000 yds in 35 minutes. not sure what it is about saunas, but the heat triggers a migraine in me every time No hot tub. I've been tempting fate, which basically means risking getting that stupid heat rash on my cheeks... but it was fun for the two days that I stretched out in there! Go Team!
