If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

and when you can get back to an activity, even a mundane daily activity, you appreciate it in a way you never thought was possible. i always enjoyed walking, now it feels like a freedom i can't even describe! I SOOOOOOOOOOO agree with you! I think sitting up is a totally underrated activity, and walking... it's close enough to hiking that I'm happy to be happy with taking flat walks. I might not get the picture from the top of the mountain anymore, but I'll get some pretty ones from the valley. And now, thanks to you I need to buy my sweetie a Howie Day CD.

Walking to music ROCKS! And I'm not looking up Melody's music until I get through with school and get a job. Go TEAM!

Fellow I know over here has a recliner bike, he goes everywhere on it. Very strange machine, and soooo low on the ground, looks dangerous to me. I would'nt ride one that's for sure. The trick is to have two of those tall antenna thingies with bright reflective yellow & orange flags on top. I'd love to have one, but I still can't reliably sit for longer than 20 minutes at a time, so it would be a bummer to have to push such a short bike back home. Maybe next summer???

Yes, he has those as well as a klaxon h orn... Looks v. strange as he scoots along the road just inches from having his bum actually 'on' the road. One of those huge camions or a mighty tractor wouldn't see him, he'd never stand a chance. Crazy machines. But he does OK, mind you, he doesn't go out on the main highways in it - don't think so anyways!

Did you take those photos? I did! There are many many many more hiking photos on my computer, but those are my favorites. Unfortunately I missed most of the shed mobile while I was in South Dakota and then catching up on my homework. Maybe you could make a highlights reel?

Maybe you could make a highlights reel? Now there's an idea! Now after your pix, Alan could also visit beautiful Maui, or go ankle-deep in that river water, hmm

Hi Team! Today I swam 1,000 yds in 40 minutes. The pool was packed with people because it was snowing out. I disapprove of snow. And this afternoon went to a meeting at my friend's rehab hospital again. WOW THAT GUY inspires me. Paralyzed from the chest down and asking us what our personal concept of God is and how we connect. Go TEAM!

Saturday: NADA...I had fun writing code most of the day after putting new pads on the front breaks.
Sunday: bike 28 miles (100 minutes)...
It was a little bit cooler today with rain. I was nice and toasty in my gear, but the rain felt rather icy on the face. I've got a trick to keep my toes warm...foil wrap...and when it gets colder Vaseline really helps. Before I learned the Vaseline trick or forgot it the toes would really suffer in the wind-chill of riding.
